Skim Coat & Floor Patch and Leveler are an exceptional performing, high quality, cement-based compound designed to smooth and level sub-floor. Skim Coat is a high-bond strength, fast-curing, smooth hydraulic cement-based material for underlayments, concrete repairs, patching, and skim coating on interior slabs.

DRYTEK Skimcoat is a premium quality, fast-drying, cement-based underlayment designed for skim-coating, smoothing and leveling prior to the application of floor coverings.

  • Apply from feather-edge to 1" (0 - 25 mm). Install finished flooring as soon as 20 minutes* after application. This trowel-applied product has a superior creamy consistency making it the ideal choice for skim coat applications.

  • Excellent Bond Strength

DRYTEK Patch is a premium quality, fast setting, cement-based patching and repair mortar designed for use over most substrates including concrete, exterior glue plywood*, VCT and tile.

  • Excellent for deep fills and ramping on interior and exterior applications. Can be applied using a trowel from 1/8 – 1 1/2" (3 – 38 mm) per lift.

  • Interior or exterior applications

  • Excellent Bond Strength

  • Easy to Mix and Apply

  • Fast Drying, apply finish floor goods in as soon as 40 minutes

  • Can be applied directly over concrete testing at RH of 95% or less per ASTM F2170
