  • DRYTEK LEVELEX- a cement-based easy-to-use, self-leveling underlayment designed for use over various substrates including concrete and ceramic tile.

  • DRYTEK LEVELEX PLUS- A high quality, self-leveling, cement based underlayment designed for use over various interior substrates. It provides a highly smooth surface on which sensitive finished floor goods can be installed.

  • DRYTEK LEVELEX PRIMER- a concentrated premium quality, water-based acrylic polymer primer designed to be applied prior to the installation of DRYTEK® self-leveling underlayments & toppings.

  • DRYTEK LEVELEX DL (Decorative Leveler)- Can be accented with a wide variety of coloring systems & finishes. Can be polished. Designed for use as a durable and attractive interior wear surface topping or a high performance underlayment

  • DRYTEK Epoxy Primer- a two component, high-solids epoxy primer applied with a sand broadcast –for use with DRYTEK® decorative wear surfaces.

  • Vivid Dyes- It is formulated using extremely fine molecules of color designed to penetrate and color any cementitious surface. VIVID DYE is currently being supplied in 22 standard colors. Custom colors are available.

  • Sealers

    • PERMAGUARD SPS is a low odor, VOC compliant, topical sealer consisting of low molecular emulsified cross-linking, coupling polymers that effectively protect concrete and other natural stone floor surfaces from the damaging effects of staining, defacing and deterioration due to contaminant penetration.

    • PETROTEX is a ready to use, quick drying, multifunctional, water-based concrete protectant containing a new generation, invisible and low VOC emulsion of silane, siloxane and synthetic polymers. It penetrates into the surface forming a long lasting oil and water repellent treatment that retards the penetration of these contaminants.

    • LUMISEAL FX is a high solids, water-based, non-yellowing, blush resistant curing and sealing compound. When used as a sealer, LUMISEAL FX is designed to provide an attractive high gloss finish on concrete substrates. LUMISEAL FX is formulated with advanced low VOC, self-crosslinking emulsion chemistry, providing a very durable film and excellent early water-resistance to whitening or blistering.

DRYTEK Decoupling Mat is mesh reinforcement bonded to a sheet comprised of polymeric fibers. Acting as both decoupling and reinforcement, DRYTEK Decoupling Mat is part of the DRYTEK® Reinforcement Mat System when encapsulated in a DRYTEK Self-Leveling Underlayment.

DRYTEK LEVELEX FR (Fiber Reinforced) - A fast drying and formulated for use over a wide range of substrates including concrete, VCT, exterior glue plywood, and tile.

Skim Coats and Repair Mortars

  • DRYTEK Skimcoat is a premium quality, fast-drying, cement-based underlayment designed for skim-coating, smoothing and leveling prior to the application of floor coverings.

  • DRYTEK Patch is a premium quality, fast setting, cement-based patching and repair mortar designed for use over most substrates including concrete, exterior glue plywood*, VCT and tile. Excellent for deep fills and ramping on interior and exterior applications.

  • DRYTEK Premium Skimcoat Patch Underlayment is a premium quality, fast-drying, cement-based underlayment designed for skim-coating, smoothing and leveling prior to the application of floor coverings. Apply from feather-edge to 1" (0 - 25 mm). Install finished flooring as soon as 20 minutes after application. This trowel-applied product has a superior creamy consistency making it the ideal choice for skim coat applications

DRYTEK Moisture Vapor Barrier is a single-coat, 100% solids, liquid applied 2-part epoxy coating specifically designed for controlling the moisture vapor emission rate from new or existing concrete slabs prior to installing DRYTEK underlayment and decorative toppings.

 Resurfacing concrete slabs is a cost effective method to return a floor to the structural integrity needed to extend the life span of most concrete floors.
 

These products are highly efficient in the repair of cracks, spalling and degraded concrete surfaces. This includes sloping of floors, filling dips/spalling, or leveling of floor slabs, which can all be accomplished easily.

 

  • Underlayments: cement repairs to create a "structurally sound floor" for polyaspartics, epoxies, urethanes, and other coatings.

  • Overlayments: cement resurfacing with dyed colors, design options including polished concrete.


GREEN FRIENDLY APPROACH: Resurfacing of concrete slabs  is a far more environmentally friendly option and cost efficient option rather than the alternative of tearing out concrete slabs and repouring new floors.  

For the most abrasion resistant, heavy duty floor topping, we recommend EMERYTOP 400. This flowable, natural emery aggregate floor topping produces a very durable floor.

Why do Other Toppings Fail?

Other toppings address only impacting loads and abrasion. They don't address one of the most important causes of early topping failure: Chemical Attack.

 

EmeryTop 400 is chemically engineered to combat common chemicals that destroy the cement paste holding the aggregate in place. These include milk, vinegar, urine, animal fat and most household chemicals--all common in solid waste. Once the cement paste is destroyed, the aggregate is lost.

 

EmeryTop 400 can be placed over existing concrete floors or freshly placed concrete. The average thickness of placement is between ¾ inch and one inch (or more if required).
